Can be used wet or dry. Dry: Apply Relief Bio-Powder directly to skin with a clean brush, sponge or cotton. Wet: Mix a small amount with water to create a paste and apply to cleansed skin. Let dry. Reapply as often as needed to soothe. May also be added to Hush Hydrate Gel, then applied to skin as a mask or moisturizer.
